They guide the organization processes and coordinate resources, maintaining total supervision of the activities in place to ensure that excellence is always achieved.

OPERATIONAL OFFICE

They have the job of analyzing projects, organizing inspections and managing the resources that the different services offer. They offer maximum efficiency and are time efficient in answering clients’ needs, by proposing realistic solutions to possible setbacks or urgencies regarding the carrying out and success of the service.

DOCUMENTATION OFFICE

They manage all company documentation regarding building sites with precision, promptness and efficiency and they verify the conformity of the documentation with current safety norms.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICE

They look after company accounts, they support management communication with clients and suppliers, managing administrative tasks with promptness and precision.

STOREHOUSE

They carry out all the planning, calculation, surveillance and organization tasks necessary to guarantee the availability of items in stock. They actively record all movements of goods. They ensure that safety regulations are respected and that staff use the appropriate accident prevention material. They act as a binding force between couriers, customers and suppliers.
